Simply enter when you want to wake up, and we'll suggest 5 different bedtimes based on 5-6 complete sleep cycles. Or enter when you plan to go to bed, and we'll suggest optimal wake-up times.

Does the app track my sleep?

How to Use the App

Calculate Bedtime

  1. Tap the "Bedtime" mode at the top
  2. Select the time you need to wake up using the time picker
  3. Tap "Calculate"
  4. View the suggested bedtimes, each showing the number of sleep cycles
  5. Times marked "Best" align with recommended sleep durations

Calculate Wake-up Time

  1. Tap the "Wake Time" mode at the top
  2. Select the time you plan to go to bed
  3. Tap "Calculate"
  4. View the suggested wake-up times based on complete sleep cycles

Switch Themes

Tap the theme button (sun/moon icon) in the top right to switch between light and dark modes.

Tip: It typically takes about 15 minutes to fall asleep after getting in bed. Our calculations account for this "fall asleep time" to give you more accurate recommendations.
